Intercultural skills and cultural intelligence are now must-haves for global workers.  Expatriates, international managers and global teams are just some of the employees who would benefit from  intercultural training. Whether working globally or locally few organisations can work solely within their own cultural context. Successful management of cultural diversity has therefore become a strategic advantage. Companies realise that it is essential to invest in their employees to ensure they can build effective international relationships and handle the challenges of operating globally.  Each culture arrives at a different solution to universal human problems. This means that when operating globally, we need to adopt a global mindset that allows us to flex our natural communication styles and adapt our default behaviours to the culture and context we are working and/or living in, so we can mitigate the risks and maximise the benefits of global working.

What we do

We provide consultancy, coaching and training programs.

The most appropriate training format, content, and approach will be discussed during your diagnostic consultancy because there is no generic or packaged program which would be appropriate for all situations. For every client/company the program will be carefully designed to meet their specific needs and the specific needs of the trainees. In order to determine the content, length, intensity, and rigor of a particular training program, certain critical issues need to be considered, including previous experience, nature of the job, language capability, and the extend of the cultural differences.
